Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Liquiid Aura, a trading name of Volta Commerce 
FZE, currently ships within the United Arab 
Emirates only. We deliver to all seven emirates.

Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 
24 hours of payment confirmation, 7 days 
a week.

Delivery
Most UAE orders arrive within 1-3 business 
days of dispatch depending on your emirate 
and courier availability.

Shipping rates
Complimentary delivery on all orders above 
AED 149.

Orders below AED 149 are charged a flat 
delivery fee displayed at checkout.

Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged — glass 
atomizers are individually bubble-wrapped 
inside a rigid outer box and clearly labeled 
FRAGILE. We take full responsibility for 
items damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us 
within 48 hours at liquiidaura@gmail.com 
with your order number and photos.

Tracking
A tracking number will be shared with you 
once your order is dispatched.
