Delivery

We ship across all seven emirates of the 
UAE, every day of the week. Here's what 
to expect:

- Dispatched within 24 hours of your order
- Delivered within 1-3 business days
- Tracking number sent as soon as it ships
- Free delivery on orders above AED 149

Every order is bubble-wrapped inside a 
rigid outer box and labeled FRAGILE. 
Glass needs to survive the journey — 
we make sure it does.

Returns & Exchanges

Fragrance is personal. That's exactly 
why we sell in small sizes — so you 
try before committing to a full bottle.

- Opened decants cannot be returned
- Wrong item received? We'll fix it
- Order arrived damaged? We'll replace it
- Defective atomizer? New one on its way

If anything's wrong, contact us within 
48 hours with your order number and 
photos. We'll sort it same day — 
no back and forth, no drama.
